Biography
Richard Terzan is a corporate leader and security specialist with over 30 years of experience in special risks, defence operations and crisis management.
He began his career at Gras & Savoye – Lloyd’s of London (GRC Ltd), where he served as Vice President Special Risks & Contingencies and Head of the Special Risks Department. In this capacity, he structured insurance coverage and contingency plans for major international events, including the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens and the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, where he was expatriated to manage the risk management plan.He later joined SOFEMA – Defence Office as Head of Operations & Security, operating for nearly a decade in complex and hostile environments, including Iraq and Afghanistan
In 2019, he became President of ANTICIP SAS and led the acquisition of Risk&Co Group, contributing to the creation of a European leader in security operations in hostile environments, cyber defence and risk engineering. He currently serves as President of Risk & Co – Anticip Group Richard holds a Master’s degree in Sports Marketing & Management, a DEA in Complex Systems Management and is pursuing a PhD at École Centrale de Lyon
He is fluent in English and has basic knowledge of Armenian
