SYNTAGMA CAPITAL Announces the Promotion of Paul Hoddé as Managing Director

Luxembourg, July 1, 2026 – Syntagma Capital today is pleased to announce the promotion of Paul Hoddé to Managing Director.

In his new role, Paul will continue to lead operational transformation initiatives across Syntagma Capital’s portfolio companies, working closely with management teams to drive performance improvement, operational excellence and sustainable value creation. He will also continue to support the execution of acquisitions and carve-out transactions, leveraging his extensive operational and industrial expertise.

Paul joined Syntagma Capital in 2022 as a member of the firm’s Operations team. Since then, he has played a key role in supporting portfolio companies through complex transformation programs and strategic growth initiatives. His promotion reflects both his significant contribution to the firm and the central role that operational excellence plays in Syntagma Capital’s investment strategy.

Paul brings nearly 20 years of international experience across finance, operations and industrial leadership roles. Prior to joining Syntagma Capital, he held senior positions at Cobham Aerospace (Advent portfolio company), Everzinc, OpenGate Capital, , Valeo and Eramet, where he led operational improvement, transformation and growth initiatives across Europe, North America, South America, Asia and Africa in a wide variety of sectors (industrials, aerospace, defense, chemicals, metals, building materials, automotive). He is a graduate of ESSEC Business School.
